This website was created with the aim of a closer relationship with our customers. The "Majlinda Gashi" company contains its own terms and conditions, so we ask all customers to read them carefully and contact us for any ambiguity. Customers who do not agree with all the policies of our company, we ask you to not attempt to access or use this Site. You should keep in mind that not a single payment is refundable, so we do not take responsibility for any of your actions. Make sure that you have read and understood all the details, and are also informed of all the details of our products, such as production time, shipping time and any other details, before making a purchase.
Company Policies
PRODUCTS
1.1 "MAJLINDA GASHI" offers three categories of products:
- Ready-Made products available in stock. Products are ready to be purchased by the costumers, and that are mainly produced in sizes S,M,L. These are ready to be shipped out immediately, the moment the payment is collected.
- Pre-Made products, these are also handmade MG dresses which customers can order for their specific measurements, with no alterations to the design. (🔺️NOTE: To the Pre-Made products: - The customer should keep in mind that in some of the products the fabric is not always 100% the same since we may be out of stock from the same design of the fabric, but something similar will be used. If customer want the identical fabric, we inquire our client's to contact us before placing the order. When the payment is done, money cannot be refunded)
- Customized Products, these are special handmade orders which can be customized based on the client’s taste and measurements in coordination with MG team!
1.2 When a customer buys a ready-made product, they will receive the identical item as showcased on our official website or social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook or TikTok.
1.3 Customers should be aware that slight variations in color may occur due to differences in lighting conditions used in different locations and color settings in different monitors and screens.
1.4 If the ordered product involves handmade craftsmanship or intricate handwork, customers should acknowledge that exact replication may not be 100% feasible, as human hands, not machines, create these items.
1.5 Production period takes 7-20 days, in some cases it may take longer. Once the product is ready, our team will contact you and let you know about your dress. We will also be happy to send you pictures and videos for confirmation that the dress fulfill your requirements. After everything is confirmed, dress will be shipped to your address.
1.6 In our official website you can find measurements chart where you can easily measure your self, or by the help of another person, but in case it's impossible to do that, we are happy to help you through pictures or with a videocall.

Payment
- 3.1 For Ready-Made orders, you will have to pay the full price of the order and we will begin the shipping process after we receive your payment.
- 3.2 For Pre-Made and Custom-Made orders to begin the processing of your order, you will have to pay half of the price of the product, whereas the other half of the price will have to be paid after your order is ready to be shipped out. You could also pay the full price at once and we can begin the processing of the order after we receive your payment. You may chose the option depending on your preferences.
- 3.3 When the Customer wishes to place a Custom-Made Order, she/he is in direct contact with one of our official online sales assistants where she/he will be notified about the price and can choose to pay also through other payment channels like the following: Bank Transfer to our Kosovo Bank Account, Bank Transfer to our Lithuanian account (Paysera), Bank Treansfer to our London account (WISE) or Cash Payment Agencies like Western Union, MoneyGram or RIA.
Shipping
- 4.1 The shipping costs will be covered by MAJLINDA GASHI as all the prices on our website include shipping costs. This DO NOT include customs’ fees, VAT and other duties specific to the destination country in order to receive your package
- 4.2 The courier companies used for shipping are DHL and UPS (depending on your location). We offer Worldwide Shipping.
- 4.3 The products can only be shipped during working days Monday to Friday. During weekends and on official holidays there is no shipping.
- 4.4 The product(s) typically require 3 to 10 business days to reach the customer's delivery address. Please note that this timeframe does not account for any customs processes that may occur in the destination country, as these procedures can vary from one country to another.
- 4.5 Our products are carefully packaged with a safety sticker, ensuring they leave our store securely sealed. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for damage to specific circumstances beyond our control.
- 4.6 The customer is responsible for providing accurate delivery details, including address and phone number to MAJLINDA GASHI, who will then relay this information to the courier company. Upon delivery, the customer is required to sign for the package. If unable to reach the customer or if the package goes unsigned, you will be required to contact the Courier Offices.
- 4.7 Customers should understand that unforeseen circumstances, such as global weather patterns, can impact the transportation of packages across international borders. Please be aware that we cannot be held accountable for any delays or inability to fulfill our obligations under these terms if they result from causes beyond our reasonable control.
Return & Exchanges
- 5.1 MAJLINDA GASHI does not have an international return or exchange policy, and consequently, there is no refund policy in place.
- 5.2 Regarding measurements and custom-made dresses, minor variations may occur as achieving a perfect fit without a fitting is challenging.
- 5.3 Once the dress is delivered to the customer, any defects are not the responsibility of the seller. MAJLINDA GASHI ensures that dresses are free from defects through rigorous quality control conducted by experienced professionals.
- 5.4 Special orders may be canceled if they do not meet the customer's specifications, provided valid reasons are provided. However, the deposit payment is non-refundable. Alternatively, the customer may opt to purchase another product of equal value instead of receiving a refund.
Updates to Terms and Conditions
- 6.1 MAJLINDA GASHI may revise the Terms and Conditions as necessary.
- 6.2 Customers will be notified of any relevant changes with a notice before the modifications become effective
